In this cartoon, Obama is dressed in a santa suit with a child waiting on his lap.  There are many things that people expected to get, like children from santa.  They thought they were getting contracts, funding, jobs, and unemployment benefits. Since not everyone is seeing these benefits yet, they are beginning to stop believing Obama's plans. I recognize that this is happening with some people but I have not lost faith myself.
