What issue does it deal with? This cartoon is about how Obama plans to create more small businesses.
What is the cartoon's message? The message is that the Obama administration says they are going to do what they can do create more small businesses. But really all they are going to do is break down big business.
Do you agree with the cartoon's message? I don't agree with this message. Obama is working to help small businesses and increase their access to capital. I think this cartoon demonstrates the republican attitude towards Obama's plans. Clearly republicans view his plan as an attack on big business.
